Who we are
The OSCAP platform and tool was conceptualised and commissioned by the UNICEF East Asia and Pacific Regional Office and designed by researchers at the Young and Resilient Research Centre at Western Sydney University in collaboration with the UNICEF East Asia Pacific Regional Office.

Uploading Documents
The OSCAP tool includes an upload portal where members can share documents about their evaluation practices, experiences, and outcomes with the OSCAP community. Uploaded documents will be available to all other OSCAP members to download and, once downloaded, you will no longer have control over how those documents might be used.
